930es / 830e vibration welding systems suitable for welding larger plastic components compared to 615/630/715/730e. Slide Cam can be optionally adapted for more complicated products.
The 930es / 830e series vibration welding systems for highest welding strength and quality. They are suitable for the large components in the automotive parts industry, e.g. instrument panels.

All Machines including the 830e and 930e have hydraulic Servo Pumps enabling fast accurate changes of weld pressure during welding process.

Optional Electric Servo Motors are available instead of the hydraulic System on the 830e and 930e. Electrical Servo motors for the sliding table and lift table eliminate the use of cam plates and offer some advantages: the vibration table of the servo welders can follow a more precise path, allows tighter weld tolerances and quicker tool change.
